The top of the 'consumer' line (GTX 1080 Ti and the rest of the 10x0 series) have drivers working on OSX.12 and do marvels with CUDA. if youre using CUDA-friendly apps aside MC (Davinci Resolve, Premiere, Adobe Encoder), go for a Nvidia card.
